Refund policy
As our products are handmade and customizable, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been confirmed, a customization and/or thickness cannot be changed.
However, undelivered and/or damaged orders may be reshipped upon approval of proof provided by the recipient.
If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department: tag.moonink@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged order and your order number within a maximum of 4 working days (from receipt of the parcel).
After this time, no claim can be considered.
In both cases, your order will be replaced and reshipped as soon as possible.
