Our jewelry is customizable, therefore it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once the order is confirmed, a customization and/or thickness cannot be changed.

However , undelivered and/or damaged orders may be subject to reshipment.

If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service: tag.moonink@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged order upon receipt of your package as well as your order number within 5 working days (from receipt of the package).

After this deadline, no request can be taken into consideration.

In both cases, your order will be replaced and re-shipped as soon as possible.
